CRM Consulting for Dynamics 365 (D365) and the Power Platform, from Senior Consultants and Developers in Yerevan, Armenia

CRM consulting, end to end, from the people who build what they scope. Solzet scopes, implements, customizes, migrates, rescues, and then supports Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform, with senior-only consultants and developers, working day overlap, and rates well below distant or large-scale consultancies. The delivery hub is Yerevan, Armenia, and the clients are organizations across Armenia and the Caucasus region together with companies and Microsoft partners in Europe and the US.

Still comparing suppliers? The Dynamics 365 partner directory for Armenia and the Caucasus below lists every kind of provider open to a buyer in this region, us included, set out by delivery style, regional expertise, and crisis response rather than by the corporate listings a generic Microsoft directory returns.

Solzet is a specialist CRM consultancy, and CRM consulting is the whole of what we do rather than one line on a services list. End-to-end means everything between the decision and a system people actually use: discovery and scoping, implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE), which is the Microsoft CRM, customization and custom development on top of it, migration off spreadsheets or a legacy system, rescue of a D365 project that has stalled, training, and support after go live. The apps we set up are Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Customer Insights (the app that replaced Dynamics 365 Marketing), all on Dataverse, and the same senior people who advise you also build the Power Apps, Power Automate flows, plug-ins, and PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) controls that standard configuration does not cover. D365 is the everyday shorthand for Dynamics 365, so a search for CRM consulting and a search for a D365 partner land on the same team and the same work. Armenia is where that work is done, not the limit of who it is for: everything is delivered from our Yerevan hub by senior, certified consultants and developers, which is how organizations across Armenia and the Caucasus, and clients and Microsoft partners in Europe and the US, get four things together: Western standard engineering, a regional cost base, GMT+4 overlap with the European working day, and a team that works the way theirs already does.

Being a local partner means the people who scope your project are the people who build it, in your time zone and reachable in person or over Teams without a language or hours barrier. We work on straightforward B2B contracts, either directly for the organization using Dynamics 365 or on a white-label basis for another Microsoft partner. Wherever you are in the Caucasus, Europe, or the US, the delivery team is the same Yerevan-based engineers.

What CRM consulting is, and what a CRM consultancy actually does

Start here if you are shopping for CRM consulting rather than for a country. This is the discipline itself: what the work is, who does it, who buys it, and what engaging someone costs. Where we sit in it is the last row, and the rest of the page is the detail behind that row.

What CRM consulting is
The work of turning a business problem into a customer system people actually use. A CRM consultancy audits how you win and keep customers today, decides what the system has to do and what it should not try to do, designs the data model and the processes that sit on it, implements and customizes the platform, moves your existing data across, trains the people who will live in it, and keeps it working as the business changes. Buying the licences is not the project. The consulting and the build are.
What a CRM consultant does
Two jobs, usually sold as one. The advisory half is requirements, process design, the data model, the phasing, and the honest calls about where standard configuration is enough and where custom code is genuinely warranted. The delivery half is configuring the apps, writing the plug-ins, custom API, and PCF controls that configuration cannot express, building the integrations, and running the releases. On our engagements the same senior person does both, which removes the handover where most of the context is normally lost.
Who CRM consulting is for
Mid-market organizations putting in a first CRM to replace spreadsheets and a shared mailbox, teams replacing a legacy or bespoke system nobody can extend any more, companies moving off another CRM platform onto Microsoft, and anyone whose CRM is live and paid for but unused because it was implemented badly. We also work behind other Microsoft partners on a white-label basis, where their client keeps their brand and gets our engineering.
The platform we consult on
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, which is the Microsoft CRM: Sales for pipeline and accounts, Customer Service for cases and SLAs, Field Service for scheduling and mobile engineers, and Customer Insights for marketing journeys, all sharing one Dataverse customer record and extended with the Power Platform. It is the only CRM platform we implement, which is why we can go deep on it, and why we will say so plainly if your requirement points somewhere else.
What it costs to engage a CRM consultancy
Two budgets, worth keeping separate. Microsoft licences are bought per user per month directly from Microsoft at published list prices that are identical anywhere in the world. The consulting and the build is the part that varies with scope, quoted on time and materials or fixed price per milestone after a scoping conversation rather than before one. Delivering from Yerevan puts our rates well below Western European and US consultancies for the same seniority of engineer.
How Solzet delivers it
Senior, Microsoft-certified engineers, typically two or three per engagement, working from one hub in Yerevan, Armenia, in GMT+4, in English, Armenian, or Russian. No junior bench underneath and no account layer in between. Armenia is where the work is done rather than the limit of who it is for: the same team delivers for organizations across the Caucasus and for clients and Microsoft partners in Europe and the US.

What CRM consulting costs, and what actually drives the number

No consultancy can price a CRM project from a web page, and one that quotes you before looking at your process has moved the scope risk onto you. What can be said in advance is which decisions move the number, so you can tell an expensive scope from an expensive supplier when you compare two proposals.

What drives the costWhy it moves the number
How many apps are in scopeOne team on Dynamics 365 Sales is a different project from sales, service, and field operations sharing one customer record. The number of apps drives configuration, testing, and training far more than the number of users does.
Configuration against custom developmentWhat the platform does out of the box is the cheap part. Plug-ins, custom API, PCF controls, and integrations are where the engineering days go, so the first thing worth deciding is which requirements genuinely need them and which are a preference that would cost a fortnight.
How much data has to moveImporting a clean 5,000 row contact list is a task. Migrating years of history out of a legacy system is a workstream with its own mapping, testing, and reconciliation: our published European bank engagement moved more than 200,000 historical records off a 15-year-old on-premises CRM.
What it has to talk toEvery system that exchanges data with the CRM brings its own authentication, field mapping, retries, and error handling. Two integrations is not twice the cost of one, and ten is not ten times, but this is the line that most often turns a three month project into a five month one.
Adoption, not just deliveryTraining, hypercare in the weeks after go live, and the second round of changes that real usage exposes. This is the line buyers cut first to hit a number, and a system nobody uses is the thing we are most often asked to rescue afterwards.
The commercial basis you pickTime and materials keeps the scope flexible and suits work where the answer is still being discovered. Fixed price per milestone buys budget certainty and needs the scope pinned down first, which is what the discovery phase is for. We quote either, and the basis is visible before you commit.

For a sense of the scale these engagements run at, our four published case studies each took three to five months with a team of two or three senior consultants, including a CRM modernization for a European bank. If you want to go straight to a service rather than to the reasoning: Dynamics 365 consulting and CRM development covers the engagement models, CRM project rescue and takeover covers an implementation that has already gone wrong, and white-label CRM consulting for Microsoft partners covers the work we deliver behind another Microsoft partner and their brand.

CRM consulting in Armenia: the short answer

If you are looking for a CRM in Armenia and a consultancy that can actually put one in, this is the whole answer before the detail starts. The rest of the page is the reasoning behind it.

What CRM consulting in Armenia covers
Everything between the decision and a system people actually use, from one Yerevan team: discovery and requirements, the phased scope, implementation and customization of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, custom development where configuration runs out, data migration, training, and support after go live. There is no handover between the people who advise and the people who build, because they are the same people.
The CRM we implement in Armenia
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, which is the Microsoft CRM: Sales for pipeline and accounts, Customer Service for cases and SLAs, Field Service for scheduling and mobile engineers, and Customer Insights for marketing journeys, all sharing one Dataverse customer record. It is the only CRM platform we implement, which is why we can go deep on it.
Who we implement CRM for
Mid-market organizations in Yerevan and across Armenia, clients in the wider Caucasus region, and Microsoft partners in Europe and the US who need the engineering delivered under their own brand. A first CRM replacing spreadsheets, a replacement for a legacy or bespoke system, a move from another CRM platform, or a rescue of one that was implemented badly.
What a CRM project in Armenia costs
Two separate things. Microsoft licences are bought per user per month from Microsoft at published list prices, identical anywhere in the world. The implementation is the part that varies, and delivering it from Yerevan puts our rates well below Western European and US consultancies for the same seniority of engineer. We quote time and materials or fixed price per milestone after a scoping conversation.
How long a CRM implementation takes
Our four published engagements ran three to five months with teams of two to three senior consultants, and a mid-market CRM build in the region usually sits in that range. A tightly scoped first phase covering one team and one process can go live sooner, with the rest added in stages rather than in one cutover.
Who you actually work with
Senior Microsoft-certified engineers based in Yerevan, in GMT+4, working in English, Armenian, or Russian. The people who scope your CRM are the people who configure, develop, and support it. One hub, no offshore back office behind it, and no account layer in between.
Where your CRM data lives
Dynamics 365 runs in Microsoft datacentres and the region is fixed when the Dataverse environment is created. There is no Microsoft datacentre in Armenia, so organizations here normally run in a European region, which also keeps a GDPR-compliant DPA straightforward for anyone trading into the EU. We advise on the choice before the environment is set up, because changing it afterwards is a support-led migration rather than a setting you flip.

Who builds it: our CRM developers and Dynamics 365 developers in Armenia

CRM consulting and CRM development are usually bought from two different suppliers, and the handover between them is where projects lose weeks. Here they are the same people. If you arrived looking for a CRM developer or a Dynamics 365 developer in Armenia, this is what the Yerevan team actually builds, beyond what configuration on its own can produce.

Who the developers are
Senior, Microsoft-certified engineers who live and work in Yerevan, in GMT+4, working in English, Armenian, or Russian. A typical project team is two to three of them. There is no junior bench underneath and no account layer in between, so the person who designs your CRM is the person who writes the code and the person who supports it afterwards.
Dataverse and the data model
The layer underneath the CRM: tables, relationships, alternate keys, and choice columns, plus the business rules, security roles, and column level security that decide who can see which record. It is designed once at the start rather than reworked after user acceptance testing, which is where a badly built CRM usually goes wrong first.
Server side code
Plug-ins and custom API registered against the Dataverse event pipeline for validation, pricing and discount rules, and approval logic that has to run whether a record arrives from a form, from an integration, or from a bulk import.
PCF controls
PowerApps Component Framework controls written in TypeScript and React, for the cases where a standard control cannot express what users need. Our published UK partner engagement was eight of them, delivered white-label. Custom PCF development is the piece other Microsoft partners most often subcontract to us rather than staffing internally.
Power Platform development
Canvas and model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate cloud and desktop flows, Power Pages portals, and Dataverse solutions, built either on top of a Dynamics 365 implementation or standing on their own.
Integration
Moving data in and out through the Dataverse Web API, custom connectors, and Power Automate, with authentication, field mapping, retries, and error handling that fails into a path somebody watches rather than failing quietly.
Environments and releases
Managed solutions and deployment pipelines across development, test, and production, source control in your own Azure DevOps, GitHub, or Jira, and the two Microsoft release waves a year tested before they land rather than after. This is the part that decides whether the build is still cheap to change a year later.
Certifications on the team
PL-200, PL-400 (the certification Microsoft itself names Power Platform Developer), and PL-600 for the Power Platform, together with MB-210, MB-230, and MB-240 for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.

If what you need is developer capacity rather than a full consulting engagement, whether that is a dedicated developer inside your own team, a fixed scope build, managed support on an environment somebody else built, or white-label work behind your brand, the page on how to hire a Dynamics 365 developer or CRM developer in Armenia sets out the engagement models and what starting looks like, and Power Platform development and support in Armenia covers the Power Apps, Power Automate, and PCF side in its own right.

What D365 means, and what a D365 partner in Armenia does

If you arrived here searching for D365 in Armenia rather than for a CRM, this is the vocabulary before the detail starts. D365 is the trade shorthand for Microsoft Dynamics 365, and the part of it we deliver from Yerevan is the CRM side, so the two searches lead to the same place.

What D365 stands for
D365 is the everyday shorthand for Microsoft Dynamics 365, the Microsoft family of business applications. Consultants, job adverts, and internal project names use the short form constantly, while Microsoft itself writes it out in full. They mean the same product.
The D365 apps we deliver
Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement: D365 Sales, D365 Customer Service, D365 Field Service, and D365 Customer Insights (the app that replaced Dynamics 365 Marketing), all on the shared Dataverse data model. This is the CRM half of the range.
What we do not deliver
The ERP applications in the Dynamics 365 range are a different discipline with different consultants, and we do not implement them. Customer Engagement and the Power Platform are the whole of what we do, which is why we can go deep on them.
What a D365 partner in Armenia does
Scopes the requirement, configures and extends the apps, migrates your existing data, builds the integrations and custom code the standard product does not cover, trains your people, and supports the system after go live. Licences you buy from Microsoft; the implementation is the part a partner delivers.
Where the D365 work is done
Yerevan, Armenia, in GMT+4, by senior Microsoft-certified engineers. One hub, no offshore back office behind it, for clients in Armenia and the Caucasus and for Microsoft partners in Europe and the US.
D365 licences and cost
Dynamics 365 licences are bought per user per month directly from Microsoft at published list prices, identical anywhere in the world. What varies by partner is the implementation, and delivering it from Armenia puts our rates well below Western European and US consultancies for the same seniority of engineer.

Choosing a CRM in Armenia: the four options actually on the table

Most organizations looking for a CRM in Armenia are choosing between four things, not between fifty products. Here is an honest read on each, including where the alternatives beat the one we implement.

The optionWhere it winsWhere it runs out
Spreadsheets and a shared mailboxFree, familiar, and genuinely enough for a handful of people tracking a short list of customers. No history you can trust, no reporting worth the name, and the pipeline lives in whichever version of the file someone opened last. This is what most CRM projects in Armenia are replacing.
A bespoke system built locallyFits the process exactly, because it was written for it, and the first version is often cheap. The knowledge sits with the developer who wrote it. When they move on, changes stop being possible and the system quietly becomes the constraint on the business rather than the support for it.
A standalone SaaS CRMFast to switch on and priced per seat, which suits a sales team that needs a pipeline and little else. Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho all do this well.Deep customization, service and field operations, and integration with an existing Microsoft estate get expensive quickly, and finding local implementation help in Armenia for these platforms is harder than it looks.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer EngagementThe Microsoft CRM. Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Customer Insights on one Dataverse data model, inside the Microsoft 365 and Teams environment most organizations already pay for, extensible with Power Apps, Power Automate, and custom code, with a supported upgrade path.It rewards being implemented properly. Configured badly it is an expensive contact list, which is why the partner you pick matters more than the licence you buy.

We are not a neutral party here: Solzet implements Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, which is Microsoft CRM, and nothing else. So take the table as reasoning rather than as a verdict. The short version is that Dynamics 365 earns its place when you already run Microsoft 365 and Teams, when sales, service, and field work need to share one customer record, or when the system genuinely has to be customized and integrated rather than configured from a menu. If none of that is true of you, a lighter CRM may be the better buy, and we will say so in the scoping conversation rather than after the invoice.

The CRM projects we are asked for in Armenia and the region

First CRM, moving off spreadsheets

An organization running its customer list in Excel and a shared inbox. We model the accounts, contacts, and pipeline in Dataverse, import the history that is worth keeping, set up Dynamics 365 Sales around how the team actually sells, and get people using it rather than filing reports about it.

Replacing a legacy or bespoke CRM

An on-premises system or a custom application that nobody can extend any more. We map the existing entities to the Dataverse model, migrate the historical data, rebuild the business logic as plug-ins and Power Automate flows, and rebuild custom screens as PCF controls. Our published European bank engagement is exactly this shape.

Migrating from another CRM platform

Moving from Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or an older Dynamics version onto Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, usually because the Microsoft estate is already there and the second platform is the odd one out. Data, process, and integrations move together rather than in a big-bang cutover.

Fixing a CRM that was implemented badly

The licences are paid for, the system is live, and nobody uses it. We audit what was built, work out where it diverged from how the business runs, and fix it, whether that is a data model problem, a process problem, or an adoption problem.

CRM Consulting in Armenia: Our Yerevan-Based Delivery Model

Buyers in Armenia and the Caucasus usually decide on four things, and they are rarely the four a capability deck leads with: whether the team shares your working day, who actually writes the code, whether the price is fixed before the build starts, and who answers when something breaks a year after go live. Here is our answer on each, set against the model you are most likely weighing us against, which is a distant delivery centre or a large consultancy running the build from somewhere else.

Nearshore time zone alignment with Europe

Our Yerevan model: Yerevan is GMT+4. That is the same working day as Armenia and the Caucasus, roughly 4 to 6 hours of live overlap with Western Europe and 6 to 8 with the UK. Standups, workshops, demos, and decisions all fit inside your day, so a blocker raised in the morning is normally cleared the same morning rather than acknowledged the next one. For clients in Armenia the workshops can happen in the room in Yerevan, in English, Armenian, or Russian.

The model you are comparing it with: A delivery centre several time zones away turns every question into an overnight round trip, so one ambiguity costs a day and a run of them costs an iteration. A large consultancy overlaps at head office and then routes the build to a team you did not meet during the pitch.

Senior only engineers, the same ones from scoping to support

Our Yerevan model: Every engagement is staffed with Microsoft-certified senior engineers, typically two or three of them, and the people who scope the work are the people who configure, develop, and support it. There is no delivery pyramid underneath and no account layer in between, which is also why other Microsoft partners subcontract their harder technical work to us.

The model you are comparing it with: The pyramid model puts architects on the pitch and juniors on the build, so the context gathered during discovery is lost at handover and paid for again at user acceptance testing. Volume suppliers rotate people between accounts, so the engineer who understands your data model can leave halfway through.

Fixed price scoping agreed before anyone builds

Our Yerevan model: Scoping is a piece of work rather than a sales call. We audit how you win and keep customers today, write the requirements down, and phase the scope so the first release is something you can fund and actually use. You then pick the commercial basis: time and materials, or a fixed price per milestone where budget certainty matters more than flexibility. Microsoft licences stay separate, bought per user per month from Microsoft at list prices that are identical anywhere in the world.

The model you are comparing it with: A number quoted before anyone has looked at your process moves all of the scope risk onto you, and the lowest headline day rate usually buys the most days once rework and re-explaining are counted. The figure worth comparing between suppliers is the total cost of reaching a working system, not the rate.

Support after go live from the team that built it

Our Yerevan model: The engineers who built the system keep it running: fixes, performance tuning, new automation as the process changes, and the two Microsoft release waves a year tested before they land rather than after. Because the same people stay, the next piece of work starts with the work instead of with re-explaining the build, and the source, the managed and unmanaged solutions, and the handover documentation are yours from the start.

The model you are comparing it with: Support is commonly transferred to a separate managed service desk that was never on the project, or it depends on whoever is still on the account when you come back. Either way, the context gets rebuilt at your expense.

Dynamics 365 partner directory for Armenia and the Caucasus

Most people arrive here after the Microsoft partner directory did not answer the question. That directory lists corporate entities by country and competency, which tells you who has signed a partner agreement and nothing about who would actually be on your project, what hours they work, or whether they take on a build somebody else started. The list below is organized the other way round: by the kind of supplier you are dealing with, scored on the three things that decide the outcome of a Dynamics 365 project in this region. Delivery style, meaning who writes the code and who you speak to. Regional expertise, meaning presence, working hours, languages, and how straightforward it is to contract them. And crisis response, meaning what happens when a go live slips or a live system starts failing.

Yerevan based Dynamics 365 and Power Platform specialists

Small consultancies headquartered in Armenia whose entire practice is Microsoft business applications rather than software in general. Solzet is one of these. Expect a team measured in engineers rather than in offices.

Delivery style
Senior engineers scope the work and then build it, usually two to three on a project. You talk to the people writing the code rather than to an account manager relaying questions to them.
Regional expertise
A domestic supplier. Workshops and steering meetings can happen in the room, contracting is local and straightforward, the working day is GMT+4, and the working languages typically include Armenian and Russian alongside English.
Crisis response
Usually the strongest category here, because a small specialist team can put its senior people on an emergency the same week. Verify it rather than assume it: ask whether rescue and takeover is a named service with published scope or something they would attempt as a favour.
Best fit for
Mid-market Customer Engagement builds, customization and custom development, project rescue, and support that stays with the people who built the system.

Armenian and regional IT services companies with a Microsoft team

Larger general software firms in Armenia and elsewhere in the Caucasus that run a Microsoft or CRM practice alongside web, mobile, data, and QA work. The company is well known locally, the Dynamics 365 practice inside it may be small.

Delivery style
Staffed from a shared bench, so the composition of your team depends on what else the company has in flight. Ask which named individuals you are getting and what happens if a larger account needs them.
Regional expertise
Strong local presence, local contracting, and the same working day. Often the easiest supplier for a domestic buyer to sign with.
Crisis response
Depends entirely on whether a certified Dynamics 365 engineer is free that week. Generalist capacity does not convert into Customer Engagement rescue capacity at short notice.
Best fit for
Programs that bundle Dynamics 365 with other technologies under one contract, and staff augmentation where you supply the architecture.

International Dynamics 365 partners serving the region remotely

Partners headquartered in Western Europe, the UK, or the Gulf that sell into the Caucasus without an office in it. This is what the Microsoft directory most often returns for a search in this region.

Delivery style
Run from head office, frequently with a separate delivery centre behind the account team. The people on the pitch and the people on the build are commonly not the same people.
Regional expertise
Little or no presence in the region. Meetings are remote, travel is billable, and contracting across borders adds time before the project starts. Rates are set by the home market, not by yours.
Crisis response
There is a formal escalation path, which is real, but response is gated by the account process rather than by how urgent your outage is. Mobilizing a rescue is usually a new statement of work.
Best fit for
Buyers who need a specific vertical solution the partner owns, or an established international brand named on the contract.

Global systems integrators

The largest consultancies, organized to run multi-country programs with heavy governance, procurement, and audit requirements.

Delivery style
Pyramid staffing. Senior architects design and sell, much of the build lands with junior consultants, and change runs through a formal process.
Regional expertise
Usually no Caucasus presence at all. Everything happens remotely from abroad at the highest rates in this list, and the fee carries sales, account management, and delivery overhead as well as the engineering.
Crisis response
Capable, but expensive and slow to mobilize, and normally sold as a new engagement rather than as an intervention in an existing one.
Best fit for
Multi-country rollouts, regulated environments, and programs where the governance model matters as much as the build.

Independent contractors and marketplace freelancers

Individual Dynamics 365 consultants and developers, hired directly or through a freelance marketplace. Quality varies more widely here than in any other category on this list.

Delivery style
One person, no cover, and no second opinion on a design decision. Whether it works comes down to how well you can technically vet a candidate yourself.
Regional expertise
Anywhere, in any time zone. Contracting is fast and light, and so is your recourse if the work is wrong.
Crisis response
Fast to start and cheap to try, but a single point of failure. If the contractor becomes unavailable mid rescue you are back where you began, with less budget.
Best fit for
A defined short task with a clear finish line, or extra hands inside a team you already run and can review.

Licensing resellers and cloud solution providers

Firms whose primary business is selling Microsoft licences. Some implement as well, many subcontract the build to a third party.

Delivery style
The people doing the engineering may not be the company on your invoice, and you may not get to choose or meet them. Ask directly who does the work and whether you can contract that team yourself.
Regional expertise
Varies. The licensing relationship is often local even when the delivery is not.
Crisis response
They route it onward, which adds a hop between you and whoever can actually fix the system.
Best fit for
Buying and managing Microsoft licences. Treat the implementation as a separate decision with a separate shortlist.

There is a deliberate omission here: this directory ranks kinds of supplier, not named competitors. We cannot verify the team seniority, response times, or rescue record of another firm, and a ranked list of rivals that happened to end with us would be marketing dressed as research. Use the categories to work out what you are looking at, then use the checklist further down to test whichever firms you shortlist, us included.

Our own entry: Solzet, Yerevan

Company and location
Solzet, a registered Armenian company headquartered in Yerevan, Armenia. One delivery hub, no offshore back office behind it.
What we implement
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights) on Dataverse, the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages), and custom development including plug-ins, custom API, and PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) controls in TypeScript and React. We do not implement the ERP applications in the Dynamics 365 range.
Delivery style
Senior only. Microsoft-certified engineers holding PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, MB-210, MB-230, and MB-240, typically two to three per engagement. The people who scope the work configure, develop, and then support it. No junior bench underneath and no account layer in between.
Regional coverage
Armenia and the wider Caucasus region as a domestic supplier, and clients and Microsoft partners in Europe and the US remotely. GMT+4, which is the same working day as Armenia and the Caucasus and roughly 4 to 6 hours of daily overlap with Western Europe, 6 to 8 with the UK. Working languages are English, Armenian, and Russian.
Crisis response
Project rescue and takeover is a named service, not an exception. That covers a stalled implementation, a build abandoned by a previous partner, a migration that halted before cutover, and a live system that is failing in production. There is also a fixed scope health check and technical audit if you need a diagnosis before you decide who fixes it.
Engagement models
Fixed scope build, a dedicated developer or small team working inside your project, managed support after go live, and white-label delivery behind another Microsoft partner who keeps the client relationship and the brand.
Commercials and contracting
B2B contracts with NDA and a GDPR-compliant DPA. Time and materials or fixed price per milestone, agreed before work starts. Invoiced in EUR, USD, or GBP by wire transfer. IP ownership defined in the SOW, and you get the source, the managed and unmanaged solutions, and written handover documentation.
Published evidence
Four case studies in full: a European bank CRM modernization, field service digitization for a European manufacturer, CRM and project tracking for a management consultancy, and eight PCF controls delivered white-label for a UK Microsoft partner. We do not publish named Armenian or Caucasus client stories, because our engagements run under mutual NDA and a share of the work is white-label behind other partners.
How to start
A free consultation with the senior engineers who would do the work, and if there is a fit, a free two-week discovery sprint with no obligation whose output is yours whether or not you continue with us. We reply within one business day.

The two crisis response services named in that listing have pages of their own: Dynamics 365 project rescue and takeover sets out how a stalled or abandoned implementation is stabilized, and the health check and technical audit is the fixed scope diagnosis to run first if you do not yet know how bad it is.

How to shortlist from this directory

Delivery style: who is actually going to write this

Ask for the names, seniority, and certifications of the people who would be on your project, and ask whether those same people did the scoping. Then ask what happens if a bigger account needs them next month. A supplier who answers with a corporate capability deck instead of names is telling you the build is going to a bench you have not met.

Regional expertise: hours, languages, and contracting

Ask what time zone the engineers sit in, not where the head office is registered. Ask how many hours a day overlap with your working day, whether workshops can run in the language your users actually speak, and what the contracting path looks like from signature to first sprint. In this region the difference between a same day answer and an overnight cycle is worth more than a discount on the day rate.

Crisis response: what happens when it breaks

Ask whether they take over work another partner started, and what a stalled project engagement looks like in practice: how the diagnosis is done, how long it takes to get to a stabilized system, and who is on it. Ask about support after go live, whether it is delivered by the engineers who built the system or handed to a separate desk, and what the smallest sensible monthly commitment is. Most suppliers can build. Fewer can take over a half finished build somebody else started, and that is the capability you cannot buy at the moment you need it.

Verification: how to check any of this, including our claims

The Microsoft Solution Partner directory and AppSource confirm that a company exists and holds a partner agreement, which is worth checking and is not the same as evidence of delivery. Beyond that, ask for published case studies with named scope and team size, ask for a reference on the specific Dynamics 365 app you are buying, and insist that the technical conversation happens with an engineer rather than with a salesperson. Apply all of it to us too: our four case studies, our certifications, and our company facts are published rather than described.

Two companion pieces go further than this shortlist rather than repeating it. The ten question buyer checklist for choosing a partner in Armenia turns the same screening into something you can work through in a meeting, including the wrong answers to listen for. The Yerevan local delivery guide adds the managed support tiers available after go live and a due diligence checklist you can apply to any partner.

Why choose a CRM and D365 partner based in Armenia and the Caucasus

A partner in your region and time zone

Solzet is based in Yerevan, Armenia, in the GMT+4 time zone. For clients in Armenia and the Caucasus that means a partner in the same working day, reachable directly rather than through an offshore account layer. For European and US clients it still leaves several hours of daily overlap for standups, workshops, and reviews.

Cost-effective delivery without offshoring the quality

Delivering from Yerevan keeps rates well below Western European and US consultancies, but the work is done by senior, certified engineers rather than handed down a chain. You get the cost advantage of nearshore delivery and the technical depth of a specialist team on the same engagement.

Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform focus

We are specialists, not generalists. Solzet works exclusively on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) and the Power Platform, including custom development. That focus is why partners subcontract the hard technical work to us rather than staffing it themselves.

Direct clients and white-label partner work

We serve two kinds of client. Organizations that run Dynamics 365 and want a partner to implement, extend, or fix it, and Microsoft partners who need extra Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capacity delivered quietly under their own brand. The engineering is the same either way.

Serving the Caucasus and beyond from one hub

Armenia sits between Europe, the Middle East, and Central Asia, and our clients reflect that reach. We deliver across the Caucasus region and internationally into Europe and the US from a single Yerevan team, so the same people carry your project from scoping through to support.

Local Caucasus partner compared with a distant or large-scale partner

Most organizations in Armenia and the Caucasus region choose between three kinds of Dynamics 365 partner: a local regional one, a large Western consultancy or global systems integrator, and a distant offshore delivery centre. This is how the three compare on the things that decide the outcome.

What you are comparingLocal Yerevan partner (Solzet)Large-scale Western consultancyDistant offshore delivery centre
Cost for the same seniorityRegional cost base. Rates well below Western European and US consultancies for senior, certified engineers.Highest rates, and the fee usually carries sales, account management, and delivery overhead as well as the build.Lowest headline rate, but often more days consumed by rework, re-explaining, and handover gaps.
Time zone overlapGMT+4. The same working day as Armenia and the Caucasus, roughly 4 to 6 hours of daily overlap with Western Europe and 6 to 8 with the UK.Head office hours overlap, but the build is frequently handed to a delivery centre in another time zone.Little daily overlap with Caucasus or European hours. Questions asked today are typically answered tomorrow.
Who actually builds itSenior only. The engineers who scope the work are the ones who configure, develop, and support it.Senior architects on the pitch, then a mixed team where much of the build lands with juniors.Varies by assignment, often with high staff turnover mid project.
Who you talk toThe engineers directly. There is no account layer between you and the build. An account manager or engagement lead, with changes routed through a formal process.A coordinator who relays questions to the team that does the work.
Presence in Armenia and the CaucasusA domestic supplier in Yerevan. Workshops, discovery, and steering meetings can happen in the room, in English, Armenian, or Russian.Usually no presence in the region, so everything happens remotely from abroad. No presence in the region and no realistic option to meet in person.
Team size and minimum engagementSmall senior teams, typically two to three consultants, sized to the scope rather than to a bench.Larger teams and larger minimum engagements, built for multi-country programs with heavy governance.Scales on headcount, which works better for volume work than for specialist depth.
Continuity after go liveThe same people who built the system support it, so the next piece of work does not start with re-explaining the build.Support usually transfers to a separate managed service desk.Continuity depends on who is still on the account when you come back.

None of these models is wrong in every case. A multi-country program with heavy governance genuinely suits a global integrator. For a mid-market Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement build in Armenia or the Caucasus, the local model is usually the one that gets senior people on the work at a rate the business can carry. The Yerevan local delivery guide works through the same comparison alongside a due diligence checklist you can apply to any partner, including us.

Where the cost difference actually comes from

It is not a cheaper grade of engineer. It is an Armenian cost base, a company with no sales floor or account management layer to fund, and small teams sized to the scope. A Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement build that would be quoted by a Western consultancy at partner rates is delivered here by certified engineers at a regional rate, on time and materials or fixed price per milestone, with the basis visible before you commit.

What same working day overlap changes in practice

For a client in Armenia or the Caucasus the working day is identical, so a blocker raised in the morning is resolved in the morning. For Europe and the UK there are still several hours of live overlap every day, which is enough for standups, demos, workshops, and a decision inside the same day rather than the next one. That is the difference between a partner who is in your day and a delivery centre that answers overnight.

Senior only, with no delivery pyramid underneath

Large-scale partners staff projects as a pyramid: senior architects sell and design, junior consultants build. We do not have that pyramid. Every engagement is staffed with Microsoft-certified senior engineers holding PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, MB-210, MB-230, and MB-240, and a typical project team is two to three of them. It is also why other Microsoft partners subcontract the hard technical work, including PCF development, to us rather than staffing it internally.

The offshore delivery objection, answered

Contracting a Dynamics 365 and Power Platform team outside your own country carries real risks, and most of them are structural rather than a matter of effort. Here is each common failure mode and what our delivery model does about it. Judge any partner, including us, on the right hand column rather than on the promise.

The riskWhat usually goes wrongHow we handle it from Yerevan
Overnight turnaround on every questionWith a distant delivery centre, a question raised in the European afternoon is answered the following morning, so a single ambiguity can cost a day and a chain of them can cost a sprint.Yerevan is GMT+4. That is the same working day as Armenia and the Caucasus, roughly 4 to 6 hours of live overlap with Western Europe and 6 to 8 with the UK. Blockers get resolved in a call on the day they are raised, and standups, demos, and reviews sit on your calendar rather than ours.
The team who sold it is not the team who builds itSenior architects scope the work, then the build is handed to a bench of junior consultants, and the context gathered during scoping is lost in the handover. There is no delivery pyramid here. Every engagement is staffed with Microsoft-certified senior engineers, typically two to three of them, and the people who scope the work are the people who configure, develop, and support it. There is no account layer between you and the build.
Requirements lost in translationSpecifications are interpreted literally, gaps are filled with assumptions instead of questions, and the mismatch only becomes visible at UAT when it is expensive to fix.We work in short iterations with a working demo at the end of each one, so you see the actual system early and often rather than a status report. Our engineers are expected to challenge a requirement that will not work in Dynamics 365 rather than build it and let you discover the problem later.
Staff churn mid projectVolume delivery centres rotate people between accounts, so the engineer who understands your data model leaves halfway through and the replacement rebuilds their understanding on your budget. We are a small specialist team, not a staffing pool, and the same engineers stay with a project from scoping through go live and into support. Adding the next piece of work does not start with re-explaining the build.
Code and configuration you cannot take backThe supplier builds in their own tenant with their own tooling, documentation is thin, and leaving them means paying someone else to reverse engineer the system. We work in your Azure DevOps, GitHub, or Jira, in your Dataverse environments, with proper solution management and source control. You get the source, the managed and unmanaged solutions, and written handover documentation. IP ownership is defined in the SOW before work starts.
Contract, data protection, and payment frictionBuyers worry that contracting outside the EU or UK means weak data protection terms, unclear liability, and awkward payment mechanics.Solzet is a registered Armenian company working on straightforward B2B contracts with NDA and a GDPR-compliant DPA, invoicing in EUR, USD, or GBP by wire transfer. Commercials are time and materials or fixed price per milestone, agreed before we start.
The cheap rate that is not actually cheapThe lowest headline day rate often buys the most days, because rework, re-explaining, and a weak handover consume the difference and then some. Our rate sits below Western European and US consultancies but above pure volume offshoring, and the difference comes from an Armenian cost base and no sales floor to fund rather than from a cheaper grade of engineer. Judge it on the total cost of getting to a working system, not the day rate.

The honest summary is that nearshore delivery from Armenia removes the time zone and continuity problems that make distant offshoring expensive, while keeping the cost advantage that made anyone consider it in the first place. What it does not remove is the need to check a supplier properly, which is what the due diligence checklist is for.

Delivery evidence from the Yerevan hub

Published engagements, with the team size and timeline stated, so you can see the scale a senior-only Yerevan team actually delivers at. These are cross-border projects rather than named regional clients: our engagements run under mutual NDA and part of our work is white-label behind other Microsoft partners, so we do not publish client names. The team, the seniority, and the delivery model are the same ones a client in Armenia or the wider Caucasus works with. If you want a reference relevant to your own app, ask for one during scoping.

CRM modernization for a European bank

5 months, 3 senior consultants

Replaced a 15-year-old on-premises CRM with Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service on Dataverse, migrating 200,000 plus historical records and automating onboarding. Customer onboarding fell from 14 days to 5.

Field service digitization for a European manufacturer

4 months, 3 senior consultants

Dynamics 365 Field Service for 50 plus technicians, with asset modelling, scheduling optimization, a mobile canvas app, and a custom PCF Gantt view on the dispatch board. SLA compliance moved from 74 to 93 percent.

CRM and project tracking for a management consultancy

3 months, 2 senior consultants

Dynamics 365 Sales plus a Power Apps time entry app and Power BI reporting for an 80 plus consultant firm. A three month build delivered by a two person senior team, which is the scale most mid-market regional projects sit at.

PCF controls for a UK Microsoft partner

3 months, 2 senior PCF developers

Eight custom PCF controls built in TypeScript and React as a white-label member of a UK partner delivery team, in their Azure DevOps and under their brand. Delivered on time with no post-deployment bugs in the first three months.

Each one is written up in full on our case studies pages, and the services behind them are set out under Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement consulting and white-label subcontracting for Microsoft partners.

What our CRM consulting covers

Our services stay within Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, the Power Platform, and the custom development around them. We agree the exact scope with you before we start.

CRM implementation on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement

Implementing and configuring Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Customer Insights on Dataverse: data model, forms and views, business process flows, security roles, and the model-driven apps your team works in. We build the CRM around how your business actually runs rather than a generic template.

Power Platform solutions

Model-driven and canvas Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse solutions that extend Dynamics 365 or stand on their own. We use the Power Platform to automate manual processes and connect systems, and we advise honestly on where standard configuration beats custom code.

Custom development and PCF controls

Where the platform needs to go further, we build it: plug-ins, custom APIs, JavaScript, and PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) controls that add tailored, high-performance UI inside model-driven apps. Custom PCF development is a core strength, and it is one of the things Microsoft partners regularly subcontract to us.

Project rescue and takeover

When a Dynamics 365 implementation has stalled, overrun, or lost its original partner, we step in to stabilize it, work out what is really wrong, and get delivery back on track. We can take over a build mid-flight or fix a live system that is not performing.

Ongoing support and optimization

After go live we support and improve the system: fixing issues, tuning performance, extending functionality, and keeping the environment healthy as data and usage grow. Support is delivered by the same engineers who know the build, not a separate desk.

White-label delivery for Microsoft partners

For other Microsoft partners we provide Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform capacity on a white-label, B2B basis. You keep the client relationship and your brand; we provide the certified engineering behind it, on time zones that overlap with your working day.

Regional expertise across Armenia and the Caucasus

What a Dynamics 365 buyer in the region gets from a partner who is actually in the region.

Armenia: a partner you can meet in person

For organizations in Yerevan and across Armenia we are a domestic supplier, not an import. Workshops, discovery sessions, and steering meetings can happen in the room rather than only on a call, contracting is straightforward, and the working day is the same one your team already keeps.

The wider Caucasus and neighbouring markets

Yerevan sits at the crossroads of Europe, the Middle East, and Central Asia, and we deliver Dynamics 365 and Power Platform work remotely across the Caucasus region and its neighbouring markets from that single hub. The delivery model is the same one we use for European and US clients: remote, senior, and in a time zone that overlaps yours.

Microsoft cloud rather than local one-off software

Mid-market organizations in the region often run a mix of spreadsheets, a legacy on-premises CRM, or a bespoke system built by a since-departed developer. We move that onto Dynamics 365 and Dataverse, which means a supported Microsoft platform with a real upgrade path, rather than another piece of custom software only one person understands.

Regional cost base, international standards

Working from Armenia keeps rates well below Western European and US consultancies. What does not change is the engineering standard: certified senior consultants, source control and proper solution management, documented handover, and the same delivery discipline we apply on engagements for Microsoft partners in Europe and the US.

Cross-border and international clients

Solzet is a registered Armenian company invoicing internationally in EUR, USD, or GBP by wire transfer, working on B2B contracts with GDPR-compliant DPA coverage. A client outside Armenia is a normal engagement for us, not an exception we have to arrange around.

Working practice alignment, not just a shared language

Armenia has a long established software engineering sector and our engineers work the way European and US teams expect: written requirements, tickets in your tracker, source control and branch reviews, demos at the end of an iteration, and direct pushback when a request will not work. English is the working language of every engagement, with Armenian and Russian available for regional clients. The practical result is that you do not spend the first month of the project teaching the supplier how you run projects.

How a CRM consulting engagement with Solzet works

A straightforward B2B engagement, direct or white-label, delivered by the same Yerevan-based team from scoping through to support.

  1. Tell us what you need

You describe the situation: a new Dynamics 365 implementation, an existing system to extend or fix, a project that has gone off track, or a partner engagement you want delivered under your brand. We talk it through with the engineers who would do the work, not a sales layer.

  2. Scope and agree a plan

We assess what is involved, agree the scope, timeline, and a clear commercial basis, and set out how we will work together. For direct clients that is a B2B contract with your team; for partners it is a white-label arrangement behind your own brand.

  3. Deliver from Yerevan

Our Yerevan-based engineers build, configure, and develop the solution, working in your time zone with regular standups, demos, and reviews over Teams or Zoom. You always know what is being built and why, and the same people stay with the project throughout.

  4. Support and grow the system

After go live we support the system and keep improving it, tuning performance, extending functionality, and cleaning up as the environment grows. Because the delivery team stays close, adding the next piece of work does not mean re-explaining the whole build.

Why choose Solzet as your CRM consulting partner

A specialist Dynamics 365 partner with the technical depth other partners subcontract to, delivered at nearshore cost from Yerevan.

Certified, senior engineers

Our team holds Microsoft certifications including PL-200, PL-400, and PL-600 for the Power Platform, and MB-210, MB-230, and MB-240 for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. The people on your project are experienced specialists, not juniors learning on your budget.

A local presence with international reach

Headquartered in Yerevan, Armenia, we act as a local Dynamics 365 partner across the Caucasus while delivering to clients and Microsoft partners in Europe and the US. One team, one point of contact, wherever the work sits.

Deep technical expertise

Custom development, PCF controls, plug-ins, and integration work are core to what we do, which is why Microsoft partners bring us the hard technical parts of their Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects. The depth is real, not a line on a capability deck.

Honest, vendor-neutral advice

We tell you where standard Dynamics 365 or Power Platform configuration will meet the need and where custom development is genuinely warranted, rather than defaulting to the biggest build. The goal is a system that works and that you can afford to run.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is CRM consulting?

CRM consulting is the work of turning a business problem into a customer system people actually use, and it covers both the advice and the build. In practice that means auditing how an organization wins and keeps customers today, agreeing what the system has to do and what it should deliberately not try to do, designing the data model and the processes on top of it, implementing and customizing the platform, migrating the data that already exists, training the people who will work in it every day, and then supporting and extending it as the business changes. Buying the licences is not the project. Solzet does the consulting and the build on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform, delivered from Yerevan, Armenia, for clients in Armenia and the Caucasus and for companies and Microsoft partners in Europe and the US.

What does a CRM consultant actually do on a project?

Two jobs that are usually sold as one and often staffed as two. The advisory half is requirements, process design, the Dataverse data model, the phasing of releases, and the honest calls about where standard configuration is enough and where custom code is genuinely warranted. The delivery half is configuring the apps, writing the plug-ins, custom API, and PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) controls that configuration cannot express, building the integrations, running the release pipeline, and fixing what user acceptance testing finds. On a Solzet engagement the same senior, Microsoft-certified engineer does both, so the context gathered in discovery is not lost at a handover and paid for a second time later.

How do you choose a CRM consulting firm?

Ask four questions and judge the answers rather than the capability deck. Who will actually be on the project, at what seniority, with what certifications, and did those same people do the scoping. What time zone do the engineers sit in, as opposed to where the head office is registered, and how many hours a day overlap with yours. What happens when it goes wrong: do they take over work another supplier started, and is project rescue a named service with published scope or a favour they would attempt. And how is it priced: whether licences and implementation are separated in the quote, and whether the basis is time and materials or fixed price per milestone. Apply all four to us as well. Our certifications, engagement models, case studies, and delivery facts are published on this site rather than described on a call.

Do you provide CRM consulting to clients outside Armenia?

Yes, and most of our delivery is cross-border. Yerevan is our only hub, and from it we deliver CRM consulting to organizations across Armenia and the wider Caucasus region and to companies and Microsoft partners in Europe and the US. The model is the same either way: senior, Microsoft-certified engineers working remotely over Teams or Zoom, inside your Azure DevOps, GitHub, or Jira, on B2B contracts with NDA and a GDPR-compliant DPA, invoiced in EUR, USD, or GBP by wire transfer. GMT+4 leaves roughly 4 to 6 hours of daily live overlap with Western Europe and 6 to 8 with the UK, which is enough for standups, workshops, demos, and a decision inside the same day.

What does CRM consulting in Armenia include?

The whole path from the decision to a running system, and with Solzet it is one Yerevan team throughout. Discovery: an audit of how you win and keep customers today, the requirements that follow from it, and a phased scope you can actually fund. Implementation on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement: the Dataverse data model, forms and views, business process flows, security roles, dashboards, and the automation that replaces manual steps. Customization and custom development where standard configuration runs out: plug-ins, custom API, PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) controls, and Power Automate. Migration: accounts, contacts, and history out of spreadsheets or an older CRM. Adoption: training, hypercare, and the improvements that real usage exposes. Microsoft licences are bought separately, per user per month, at list prices that are the same anywhere in the world. The consulting and the build are the part a partner delivers.

What does a free CRM consultation with Solzet involve?

A first conversation with the senior engineers who would actually do the work rather than with a sales layer, at no cost. You describe the situation, whether that is a first CRM replacing spreadsheets, a legacy system nobody can extend, a move from another CRM platform, or an implementation that has stalled, and we tell you what we think it needs, what it does not need, and roughly what a sensible first phase looks like. If there is a fit we propose a free two-week discovery sprint with no obligation: we assess your environment, document the requirements, and deliver a solution proposal that is yours whether or not you continue with us. From there you choose the commercial basis, time and materials or fixed price per milestone. We reply within one business day, and the whole thing runs in English, Armenian, or Russian.

Can we hire a CRM developer or a Dynamics 365 developer in Armenia?

Yes, and in our case the two job titles describe the same role: CRM developer is the platform neutral title and our platform is Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement on Dataverse. Our developers are senior, Microsoft-certified, and based in Yerevan in GMT+4, and they work inside your Azure DevOps, GitHub, or Jira and to your branching and review rules rather than running a separate process on the side. You can engage them as a dedicated developer or small team inside your own project, for a fixed scope build, for managed support on an environment that already exists, or white-label behind another Microsoft partner. Our Dynamics 365 and CRM developer service page sets out the engagement models in detail.

What can a Dynamics 365 developer build that configuration alone cannot?

Four things, in practice. The Dataverse layer: tables, relationships, alternate keys, business rules, security roles, and column level security, designed once rather than reworked after user acceptance testing. Server side logic: plug-ins and custom API on the Dataverse event pipeline for pricing, discount, validation, and approval rules that must run whether the record comes from a form, an integration, or a bulk import. Interface: PCF controls in TypeScript and React where a standard control cannot express what users need, which is the work other Microsoft partners most often subcontract to us. Integration: the Dataverse Web API, custom connectors, and Power Automate, with authentication, field mapping, retries, and error handling that surfaces a failure instead of hiding it. Around all four sits managed solution and release management, which is what keeps the build cheap to change later.

Do you implement CRM systems in Armenia?

Yes. Solzet is a CRM consultancy headquartered in Yerevan, Armenia, and the CRM we implement is Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. That covers Dynamics 365 Sales for pipeline and account management, Customer Service for cases and SLAs, Field Service for scheduling and mobile engineers, and Customer Insights for marketing journeys, all on the Dataverse data model. We implement it for organizations in Armenia and across the Caucasus region, and for clients and Microsoft partners in Europe and the US, from one Yerevan team of senior, Microsoft-certified engineers.

Who implements CRM in Armenia?

Solzet does, from Yerevan. We are a Microsoft partner specializing in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, the Microsoft CRM, and the Power Platform, and CRM implementation in Armenia and the Caucasus region is a core part of what we do alongside our work for clients and Microsoft partners in Europe and the US. The people who scope your CRM are the senior, Microsoft-certified engineers who then configure, develop, and support it: there is no offshore back office behind us and no account layer in between. If your requirement is a CRM other than Dynamics 365, we will say so rather than sell you ours.

How long does a CRM implementation in Armenia take?

It depends on scope, but the published evidence gives a realistic range. Our four case studies ran three to five months each with teams of two to three senior consultants, covering a bank CRM replacement with more than 200,000 migrated records, a field service rollout for 50 plus technicians, a Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Apps build for an 80 plus consultant firm, and eight custom PCF controls for a UK Microsoft partner. A mid-market CRM build in Armenia usually sits in that same band. A tightly scoped first phase covering one team and one process can go live sooner, with further apps and integrations added in stages rather than in a single cutover.

Where is our CRM data stored if we are based in Armenia?

Dynamics 365 and Dataverse run in Microsoft datacentres, and the region is chosen when the environment is created rather than adjusted later. Your data stays yours throughout, and IP ownership is defined in the SOW before work starts.

Can the CRM be supported in Armenian and Russian?

Yes. Our working languages are English, Armenian, and Russian, so workshops, training, and support for a team in Armenia or elsewhere in the Caucasus can run in the language your people actually use, while documentation and code stay in English for anyone who inherits the system later. Dynamics 365 itself ships with a large set of interface languages that can be enabled per user, Russian among them, and any labels, forms, and views we build can be configured to match how your team refers to things rather than to a generic template.

What does D365 mean?

D365 is the common shorthand for Microsoft Dynamics 365, the Microsoft family of business applications. There is no difference between the two names: consultants, recruiters, and project teams write D365 because it is shorter, and Microsoft writes Dynamics 365 in its own documentation. Within D365 there are two halves. The CRM half is Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, made up of D365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Customer Insights on the shared Dataverse data model. The other half is ERP, which we do not implement. When this page says D365, it means the Customer Engagement side.

Do you provide D365 implementation and support in Armenia?

Yes. Solzet is headquartered in Yerevan and D365 is what we do: implementing and configuring D365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Customer Insights on Dataverse, migrating data off spreadsheets or a legacy system, building Power Apps and Power Automate solutions around them, developing plug-ins and custom PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) controls, rescuing D365 projects that have stalled, and supporting the system after go live. We deliver that for organizations in Armenia and across the Caucasus region, and for clients and Microsoft partners in Europe and the US, from one Yerevan team of senior, Microsoft-certified engineers holding PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, MB-210, MB-230, and MB-240.

Is Dynamics 365 the same thing as a CRM?

Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement is Microsoft CRM. The name changed over the years, from Microsoft Dynamics CRM to Dynamics 365, and the product was split into apps (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights) that sit on a shared Dataverse database, but the job is the same job a CRM has always done: one trusted record of your customers, your pipeline, and every interaction with them. The other half of the Dynamics 365 range is ERP rather than CRM, a different discipline that we do not implement. D365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform are the whole of what we do.

Which CRM is right for a company in Armenia?

It depends on where you are starting from, and we are not a neutral party, so judge this on the reasoning rather than the conclusion. A small team tracking a short customer list is often fine in spreadsheets for a while. A sales team that needs a pipeline and nothing more is well served by a standalone SaaS CRM such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho. Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement is the stronger choice when you already run Microsoft 365 and Teams, when sales, service, and field operations need to share one customer record, or when the system has to be genuinely customized and integrated rather than configured from a menu. What we would argue against in every case is another bespoke system that only one developer understands, because that is the thing our clients most often ask us to replace.

Can you migrate our existing CRM to Dynamics 365?

Yes, and it is one of our most common projects. We migrate from spreadsheets, from on-premises or bespoke systems, from older Dynamics CRM versions, and from other CRM platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho. The work is the same shape each time: map the existing entities and relationships onto the Dataverse model, agree what history is actually worth bringing across, build and test the data migration, rebuild business logic as plug-ins and Power Automate flows, rebuild custom screens as PCF controls where they are needed, then cut over in stages rather than all at once. Our published European bank engagement replaced a 15-year-old on-premises CRM and migrated more than 200,000 historical records this way.

Which Dynamics 365 partners operate in Armenia?

Six kinds of supplier serve this market, and knowing which kind you are talking to matters more than the name on the door. Yerevan based Dynamics 365 and Power Platform specialists, of which Solzet is one, are small firms whose whole practice is Microsoft business applications. Armenian and regional IT services companies run a Microsoft team alongside web, mobile, and QA work. International partners in Western Europe, the UK, or the Gulf sell into the region without an office in it. Global systems integrators run multi-country programs from abroad. Independent contractors and marketplace freelancers work solo. Licensing resellers sell Microsoft licences and often subcontract the build. We do not publish a ranked list of named competitors, because we cannot verify another firm on team seniority, response times, or rescue record, and a list that conveniently ended with us would not be worth reading. The partner directory on this page sets out all six categories against delivery style, regional expertise, and crisis response so you can place any firm you find.

Is there a Microsoft partner directory for Armenia, and is it enough?

There is. The Microsoft Solution Partner directory and AppSource will confirm that a company exists, where it is registered, and that it holds a partner agreement, and it is worth checking for any supplier you shortlist. What it will not tell you is the part that decides your project: who would actually be on it and at what seniority, what time zone those engineers sit in as opposed to where the head office is, whether the people who scope the work are the people who build it, and whether the firm takes over an implementation somebody else started. Those are the three axes the directory on this page is organized around instead. Use both: Microsoft to confirm a company is real, the categories and shortlist questions here to work out what you would actually be buying.

How do I find a Dynamics 365 partner in Armenia or the Caucasus for an urgent project rescue?

Start by ruling out the categories that cannot help at short notice. A global integrator will treat it as a new engagement with its own procurement cycle. A generalist IT services company can only help if a certified Dynamics 365 engineer happens to be free that week. A reseller will route you onward. A lone freelancer can start tomorrow but is a single point of failure halfway through. What you want is a specialist team small enough to put senior people on it immediately and experienced enough to have done it before, and the question to ask is whether project rescue is a named service with published scope rather than something they would attempt as a favour. For Solzet it is a named service: our project rescue and takeover page covers a stalled implementation, a build abandoned by a previous partner, a migration that halted before cutover, and a live system failing in production, and the health check and technical audit is the fixed scope diagnosis to run first if you do not yet know how bad it is.

Do you work with clients in Georgia and the wider Caucasus, not just Armenia?

Yes. Yerevan is our only delivery hub and we deliver Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform work remotely across the Caucasus region and its neighbouring markets from it, on the same model we use for clients in Europe and the US: senior certified engineers, remote delivery, and a time zone that overlaps yours. For a client elsewhere in the Caucasus the working day is effectively identical to ours, which is the practical advantage over a partner running the build from Western Europe. Contracting is straightforward, since Solzet is a registered Armenian company working on B2B contracts with NDA and a GDPR-compliant DPA and invoicing in EUR, USD, or GBP by wire transfer, so a cross-border engagement is a normal one for us rather than an exception.

Is Solzet a Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner in Armenia?

Yes. Solzet is a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform consultancy headquartered in Yerevan, Armenia. We act as a local Dynamics 365 partner for organizations across Armenia and the Caucasus region, and we also deliver to clients and Microsoft partners in Europe and the US. Our engineers hold Microsoft certifications including PL-200, PL-400, and PL-600 for the Power Platform and MB-210, MB-230, and MB-240 for Dynamics 365.

Which D365 products do you work with?

We specialize in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, which covers D365 Sales, D365 Customer Service, D365 Field Service, and D365 Customer Insights (the app that replaced Dynamics 365 Marketing), together with the wider Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse) and custom development such as plug-ins and PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) controls. We do not implement the ERP applications in the Dynamics 365 range, which are a separate discipline with separate consultants. Customer Engagement and the Power Platform are the whole of what we do, and that single focus is exactly why our certified engineers go deep on it rather than spreading across every corner of the D365 range.

Do you serve clients outside Armenia and the Caucasus?

Yes. While we are a local partner for Armenia and the Caucasus region, most of our delivery is international. We work with mid-market companies and Microsoft partners across Europe and the US. Armenia sits in the GMT+4 time zone, which leaves several hours of daily overlap with European and UK business hours for standups, workshops, and reviews over Teams or Zoom.

Why choose a Yerevan-based partner over a local Western consultancy?

Delivering from Yerevan keeps rates well below Western European and US consultancies while the work is done by senior, certified engineers rather than passed down a chain. You get nearshore cost efficiency together with genuine technical depth in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, the Power Platform, and custom development, from a team that stays with your project from scoping through to support.

How does a local Armenian partner compare with a large international Dynamics 365 partner?

On three things. Cost: an Armenian cost base with no sales or account management layer to fund puts our rates well below Western European and US consultancies for the same seniority of engineer. Time zone: we work in GMT+4, the same working day as Armenia and the Caucasus region, with roughly 4 to 6 hours of daily live overlap with Western Europe and 6 to 8 with the UK, rather than the overnight cycle of a distant offshore delivery centre. Team: large-scale partners staff a pyramid, with senior architects on the pitch and juniors on the build, while every Solzet engagement is staffed with Microsoft-certified senior engineers, typically a team of two to three. Where a large integrator does win is multi-country programs with heavy governance needs.

How do you avoid the usual problems of offshore development?

By removing the structural causes rather than promising harder. Time zone: Yerevan is GMT+4, so there is live overlap with your working day every day instead of an overnight cycle. Team: engagements are staffed with senior, Microsoft-certified engineers who scope, build, and then support the same system, so there is no handover from the people who sold it to a bench of juniors, and no rotation onto another account mid project. Visibility: we work in your Azure DevOps, GitHub, or Jira and in your Dataverse environments, with a working demo at the end of each iteration rather than a status report. Exit: you own the source, the solutions, and written handover documentation, with IP ownership defined in the SOW before work starts. Commercially it is a normal B2B contract with NDA and a GDPR-compliant DPA, invoiced in EUR, USD, or GBP.

Do you deliver Power Platform work as well as Dynamics 365 from Armenia?

Yes. Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform are one practice for us, not two. From Yerevan we build canvas and model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate cloud and desktop flows, Power Pages portals, and Dataverse solutions, plus custom PowerApps Component Framework (PCF) controls in TypeScript and React. That work can sit on top of a Dynamics 365 implementation or stand on its own. The Power Platform development and support in Armenia page covers that side in detail.

Can you show Dynamics 365 case studies from clients in the region?

We publish four engagements in full, covering a European bank CRM modernization, field service digitization for a European manufacturer, CRM and project tracking for a management consultancy, and eight custom PCF controls delivered white-label for a UK Microsoft partner. All were delivered from the Yerevan hub by teams of two to three senior consultants over three to five months. We do not publish named Armenian or Caucasus client stories, because our engagements run under mutual NDA and a share of our work is white-label behind other Microsoft partners. If you want a reference relevant to your own Dynamics 365 app, ask for one during the scoping conversation.

Do you work as a white-label subcontractor for other Microsoft partners?

Yes. Alongside our direct client work, we provide Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform capacity on a white-label, B2B basis for other Microsoft partners. You keep the client relationship and your brand, and we provide the certified engineering behind it, including custom development and PCF controls, on time zones that overlap with your working day.

Where is Solzet based and who actually does the implementation?

Solzet is headquartered in Yerevan, Armenia, and the implementation is done by that Yerevan team. There is no offshore back office behind us and no account layer between you and the engineers: the people who scope your Dynamics 365 project are the people who configure, develop, and support it. We work in the GMT+4 time zone, in English, Armenian, and Russian, on B2B contracts, using your own Azure DevOps, GitHub, or Jira and meeting over Teams or Zoom.

What does a CRM implementation in Armenia cost?

We do not publish fixed prices, because a CRM implementation on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement depends entirely on scope: how many users and apps, how much of the process is standard configuration versus custom development, and how much data has to be migrated. Two things are worth separating in your budget. Microsoft licences are bought per user per month from Microsoft at published list prices, the same anywhere in the world. The implementation is what varies, and delivering it from Yerevan puts our rates well below Western European and US consultancies for the same seniority of engineer. We quote on time and materials or fixed price per milestone after a scoping conversation, so you see the basis before you commit.

Can you take over an existing or stalled Dynamics 365 project?

Yes. Project rescue and takeover is one of our core services. If a Dynamics 365 implementation has stalled, overrun, or lost its previous partner, we can step in to stabilize it, diagnose what is really wrong, and get delivery back on track, whether that means taking over a build in progress or fixing a live system that is not performing as it should.
