Founded by senior Dynamics 365 professionals, we deliver consulting, development, and managed support services remotely to mid-market companies and as white-label subcontractors for Microsoft partners across Europe and globally. Where we are
Yerevan, Armenia - GMT+4 timezone with 4–6 hours of daily overlap with Western Europe. We communicate in English, Armenian, and Russian, and use the same tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Teams, Jira) as our European and US clients. Our nearshore position combines senior Microsoft expertise with direct time-zone overlap and seamless English-language communication.
How We Work
Every Solzet engagement begins with a free two-week discovery sprint. During this phase, we assess your current Microsoft environment, document business requirements, identify gaps, and deliver a solution architecture proposal - at no cost or obligation. This lets you evaluate our expertise and working style before committing.
From discovery, we move into iterative delivery in two-week sprints. Each sprint ends with a working demo, a progress report, and a planning session for the next iteration. We use Azure DevOps or your preferred project management tooling, communicate daily via Teams or Slack, and maintain full transparency on hours, progress, and blockers.
We offer three engagement models: dedicated resources (3–12 month contracts), time-and-materials (flexible monthly hours), and fixed-price deliverables.
For Microsoft partners, we provide full white-label subcontracting - our consultants integrate into your existing team structure, adopt your processes and tools, and operate under your brand. You retain full control over client relationships, deliverables, and timelines. All engagements are covered by NDAs, GDPR-compliant DPAs, and clear IP ownership terms.
Compliance and Data Security
Every Solzet engagement is governed by a B2B contract that includes a mutual NDA, a GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreement (DPA), and a Statement of Work defining scope, deliverables, IP ownership, and payment terms. Client data stays within your Microsoft 365 tenant - our consultants access your environments through your Azure AD with multi-factor authentication, conditional access policies, and session controls as you require.
We support payment in EUR, USD, or GBP via international wire transfer. For regulated industries (financial services, healthcare), we configure Dataverse security at the column level, implement audit logging, and design data retention policies aligned with your compliance framework.
